As communicated at the unit meeting on December 10th, we will have a new colleague (Velislav) joining in February. We are working on recruiting more, and hope to see more signings during Q1 2025. You can see the overview of who we are at https://lambda.bouvet.no/crew

It was great to gather for our first "Fika" - there is something about seeing each other regularly to further build on the Bouvet culture, which I believe has something unique and has personally contributed to the results Bouvet has achieved over the past 20+ years. Feel free to join next time, clear your calendar a bit so you have some time for this break.

In summary, the business is doing well, and we are on the right track to build a healthy economy in the unit.

Today, December 13th, I will visit Kolumbus to talk about application security - AppSec. They are specifically interested in the tool Snyk, but we will of course present what Bouvet can help with and convey why thinking about security throughout the entire lifecycle is important - the key phrase here is "Security in-depth."

We are working on compiling a list and producing a short film of all the wins we have had in 2024. This is hard to spot all the wins in the channels on Slack - hence a summary. Sometimes it may seem like there is little movement, but that is not the case. There are incredibly many small and larger wins Bouvet reaps throughout the year. It will be exciting to see this summary!

In a busy everyday life, it is not easy to prioritize everything. We must continue to inspire each other with professional topics, so please let Brage know if you have a presentation you would like to share at the professional coffee gatherings. There is also no obstacle to having an extra gathering if the dates for the professional coffee do not suit you.
