Week 36 - 2024

👥 Recruiting

As mentioned in our unit meeting, we are continuously interviewing. This week we have two new interviews, so let's see if the outcome is positive. Right now, the main focus is on experienced developers.

👔 New opportunities

λambda got the opportunity to contribute to one the projects at Innovasjon Norge, where Ruth from our unit will be part of one of the development teams. The transition will happen approx in 14 days. It's exciting for our unit to be involved with these projects, as it is part of large framework agreement that we where we want to expand more.

λambda has also offered personnel for an exciting project at Kolumbus - ATL (Automated Traffic Leader). This is part of a larger team that is now being assembled for the development of the solution. We hope Kolumbus decides on the team setup within a week or so.

Regionsmøte+BouvetOne💙

Important reminder! One of the important traditions at Bouvet is the Regionsmøte. This takes place on October 24th and is combined with BouvetOne. Remember to sign up!! If you can't attend, it's also important to indicate this with "Not Attending" in the event. By indicating either participation or not, it helps a lot for those organizing.

BouvetOne is a fantastic arena to practice sharing our learning and is a concrete activity to practice our sharing culture. I hope to see more contributions from λambda at BouvetOne! Use this URL to submit your contribution!

After the Regionsmøtet+BouvetOne, we will go out to eat in Stavanger by unit! Looking forward to this and meeting the "Bouvet Family"!
