This week we warmly welcome Åsmund, John, and Velislav to Bouvet and Lambda! They this Monday (March 3rd) with a full day in Townhall with various onboarding information. It's great that so many experienced developers are joining us in the unit, and we look forward to getting to know them better throughout the spring.

🏡 Home Office

Bjarte has posted a message on #rogaland-informerer regarding home office. I want to emphasize that working from home must always be agreed upon with the personnel manager. I truly believe that more time in the office will result in better deliveries, community, and culture. Additionally, it's always incredibly nice to meet you in the hallways or when I drop by your offices to say hello.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Recruitment

Bouvet are extending the recruitment campaign to March 31, 2025 ⭐️

The best candidates often come from internal tips, and since we launched the recruitment bonus campaign in December, Bouvet have received many strong profiles. Bouvet have already hired several, and it has therefore been decided that we will extend the campaign by a month. The campaign period for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is now from December 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025!

For candidates with less than 5 years of relevant experience or for other regions, the normal recruitment bonus of NOK 45,000 applies.

BouvetOne 💙

This Thursday, this year's BouvetOne kicks off at Vitenfabrikken in Sandnes. We will share knowledge, be inspired, and learn - together. BouvetOne is an evening where the sharing culture is in focus. Colleagues offer knowledge-enhancing and inspiring professional lectures before we gather for socializing.

The doors open at 16:30 with food and mingling before we move on to BouvetOne. The program is set, and we need YOUR help to distribute the various lectures in different rooms. Click here to access the interest form.
